In the spirit of "mutual affection", helping students in border highlands have better learning conditions, on September 22, 2023, Bao Viet Securities Company coordinated with local authorities to organize program Bringing warmth to the highlands 2023 at Ethnic Boarding School - Can Nong Primary and Secondary School, Ha Quang district, Cao Bang province.
With the valuable support of all BVSC employees, customers and partners, the total amount of support through the program is 336,696,000 VND that has been used to build toilets & clean water lines for the point. Phieng Pan school belongs to Ethnic Boarding Primary and Secondary School in Can Nong commune, Ha Quang district, Cao Bang province; BVSC also donated 500 m of water pipes, 237 gifts for students in the commune such as school bags, boots, writing boards and 02 laptops for teaching Information Technology in two schools. Phieng Pan and Na Tenh schools as well as donating cash to the study promotion fund of the two Primary and Secondary schools from the Company's welfare fund.
At the same time, on September 23 & 24, 2023, BVSC coordinated with Hanoi Heart Hospital to carry out screening activities for a total of 1,230 students across Ha Quang district, thereby proactively detecting them early. 12 children have cardiovascular disease, of which 6 were prescribed surgical intervention. BVSC will continue to accompany Hanoi Heart Hospital in supporting surgical interventions for these pediatric patients.
