Established Bao Viet Securities Joint Stock Company
Bao Viet Securities Joint Stock Company (BVSC) was officially established with the founding shareholder being Vietnam Insurance Corporation, now Baoviet Finance and Insurance Group, under the Ministry of Finance, according to the paper Securities business license No. 01/GPHDKD issued by the State Securities Commission on November 26, 1999.
Set up a branch in Ho Chi Minh
BVSC established a branch and opened a transaction office in Ho Chi Minh City.
BVSC increases charter capital
BVSC increased charter capital from 49.45 billion VND to 150 billion VND. BVSC shares (Stock code: BVS) were officially listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange, now the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).
BVSC offers shares to the public
BVSC successfully carried out a public stock offering, officially increasing its charter capital from VND 150 billion to VND 450 billion.

Bà Lê Khả Tú là một trong 13 thành viên sáng lập Tập đoàn Bảo Việt.
Với 30 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực công nghệ thông tin trong và ngoài nước, ông Bảo là một chuyên gia CNTT uy tín ở Việt Nam. Ông tham gia kiến tạo và quản trị nhiều dự án CNTT mang tầm quốc gia và có đóng góp to lớn vào sự nghiệp phát triển của Bảo Việt.
Từ năm 1994 - 2015, với vai trò lãnh đạo cao nhất của Công ty Hệ thống Thông tin Bảo Việt, ông đã đưa FPT IS trở thành mũi nhọn công nghệ của Bảo Việt và liên tục dẫn đầu thị trường tích hợp hệ thống, phát triển phần mềm tại Việt Nam.
Bà tốt nghiệp ngành Toán điều khiển, Học viện Kỹ thuật quân sự năm 1984.
