Ethnic people live scattered in many remote areas in difficult conditions. Although there have been many efforts to use budget capital from the central and local governments to invest in educational facilities, the budget only ensures the initial basic construction. Initially, schools still have to manage and advocate for the remaining essential needs so that students have to study in uncertain conditions.
Understanding those difficulties, the Trade Union Executive Committee decided to implement the program "Sharing knowledge, building the future" at Tan Hung B Primary School, Long Ho Hamlet, Tan Hung Commune, Hon Quan District, Binh Province Phuoc. The school's facilities are seriously degraded, especially the restroom area. The school had to requisition the facilities of the former Rubber Farm (built over 20 years) to make the area. temporary toilet. The school has two restrooms at the main and odd locations, both of which are degraded and severely damaged. The school has 12 classrooms, all made up of grade 4 houses with tiled roofs, with mainly ethnic minority students.
Accordingly, the program "Sharing knowledge, building the future" at Tan Hung B Primary School was implemented by Bao Viet Securities Joint Stock Company - Ho Chi Minh Branch and Southern Representative Office, including financial implementation. Supporting the repair of school toilets with a total amount of more than 56 million VND, sponsoring 08 scholarships for poor students with a total value of more than 2,320,000 VND, 05 computer sets worth 60 million VND, presented 315 gifts to students of 3 locations of Tan Hung B Primary School including notebooks, pens, rulers... worth more than 25 million VND. Total funding sources for the program are more than 83 million VND.
