VN-Index gained 6.18 points (+0.28%), reaching 1,336.3 points. Similarly, HNX-Index rose by 1.29 points (+1.32%), to 226.17 points. Trading value on HOSE and HNX reached VND 20,843 billion and VND 1,637 billion respectively.

After four consecutive weeks of gains, VN-Index may need more time to consolidate before attempting to break through the resistance zone around the previous peak at 1,345–1,355 points. However, the downside pressure on the market is not currently too strong, and rotation among stock groups is likely to continue to support the index.

VN-Index’s support: 1,315 – 1,320 points.

VN-Index’s resistance: 1,340 - 1,345 points.
