At the close of the session, VN-Index dropped 19.32 points (-1.45%), to 1,310.57 points. Similarly, HNX-Index declined by 2.12 points (-0.93%), to 226.49 points. Trading value reached VND 17,819 billion on HOSE and VND 1,542 billion on HNX.

VN-Index is likely to experience choppy movements at the start of the week, with the potential for increasing downward pressure toward the end of the week. There will continue to be a significant divergence across sectors, with individual stocks rotating in and out of the uptrend, even if the overall market is undergoing a correction.

VN-Index’s support: 1,290 – 1,300 points.

VN-Index’s resistance: 1,320 - 1,325 points.
