VnIndex experienced a significant decline in the last session of the week, pulling the index down from above 1300 points to close at 1,279.91 points. Compared to the previous week, VnIndex decreased by 7.67 points (-0.6%), with 218 decliners and 146 advancers.

VnIndex reversed its gains towards the end of today's afternoon session after approaching the resistance zone around 1301-1307 points, corresponding to the upper limit of the ascending parallel channel formed since the end of October 2023.

The support zones for VnIndex are at 1273-1278 points and 1248-1255 points.

The resistance zone for the index is at 1315-1320 points.
