I.   Registration procedures:

 To do margin trading, you need to open a margin account after opening a securities trading account. Please follow the instructions below:

 Step 1

 Customers carefully review the appropriate forms, prepare necessary documents, and come to BVSC's Transaction Offices to open margin trading sub-accounts.

       1. For individual customers:

            •  Identification card/Citizenship card (Original)

            •  Client Margin Account Agreement 

       2. For institutional customers:

 •  A certified copy of the Articles of Organization and Operation

 •  Registration form of affiliated person and related persons of public company

 •  Client Margin Account Agreement

 Customers fill in the application and sign it directly in the presence of BVSC officers.

       1. For individual customers:

 Customers fill in information, sign, and write your full name in the Margin Account Opening dossier, all in handwriting.

       2. For institutional customers:

 Customers are allowed to type information in the margin trading account application with the mandatory signature and full name of the legal representative, who is the account holder, then append the company's seal on the signature and seal over the edges of adjacent sheets.

 Note: The client's signature/seal sample must be the same as what was registered at BVSC.

 After that, BVSC will review the customer's dossier and then open a margin account and notify the customer of the margin account number if the documents are approved.

 Finally, BVSC returns 01 copy of the approved Client Margin Account Agreement and instructs the Client on the trading method and how to use the margin trading service at BVSC. 

II.   Regulations on margin trading term and interest rate:

       Maximum term:  03 months

• Consider extending the maximum term: unlimited.
