The total assets of the Company currently under management are up to nearly 20,000 billion with the operations of fund management, trust management of fixed-rate securities investment, stocks. Currently the Company is managing a Member Fund, and various investment trust contracts for its clients. 1. Open a trading account:
Investors prepare required documents/information for the procedure of opening an open-ended fund certificate trading account:

For Individual Investors:
- Certificate of trading registration of BVFED Open Fund Certificates.
- Notarized authorization contract (in case the Investor has a legal authorizer).
- Valid copy of ID card/Passport of Customer and Authorized Person (if any).
- Confirmation of account transaction code for foreign investors (for foreign investors).
For Institutional Investors:
- Certificate of trading registration of BVFED Open Fund Certificates.
- A valid copy of the business registration certificate (BRC) and its amendments (if any).
- Decision on appointment of General Director (Director), Chief Accountant.
- The original Power of Attorney appointing a leading officer to sign and transact on the account at the distribution agent.
- Valid copy of ID card/Passport of legal representative, authorized person.
- Confirm account transaction code for foreign investors (for foreign investors).

Note: Individual investors must sign the forms of the account opening application file in front of the Operations Officers at the Transaction Offices of the Company/Branches of BVSC. For the organization's account opening file, it is required to have the signature of the Legal Representative of the organization and a full seal.

2. Trading of buying/selling Open Fund Certificates:
- Place trading orders: Investors place orders to buy and sell open-ended fund certificates at all Transaction Offices of the Company/Branches of BVSC. Only the account holder or a duly authorized person is allowed to place trading orders for fund certificates. When placing an order, the Investor needs to fill in all information on the Open Fund Certificate Trading Order Form according to the form and then transfer it directly to the Operations Officer at the Transaction Offices of the Company/BVSC Branch.
- Trading period: BVFED fund trades every Thursday. The order book closing time in the trading period is 10:30 am on T-1.

Order to buy Fund Certificates:
- Investors need to ensure that the money to buy fund certificates has been transferred to BVFED's account before the order book closing time: 10:30 am on T-1.
- Orders to buy fund certificates must be made in Vietnam Dong.
The value of a minimum buy order is 1,000,000 VND (One million Vietnam Dong)
- The buy order is sent with valid documents confirming that the Investor has completed the payment to the Fund's account or is confirmed by the Custodian Bank to have received the full amount of money to buy Fund Certificates of the Investor.
- Issuance fee - the fee to buy Fund Certificates is 0.5% calculated on the valid subscription amount.
- The distribution agent will notify investors of the transaction confirmation within 03 (three) working days from the date of trading of fund certificates (T+3).
- Information on details to transfer money to buy BVFED Fund certificates:
- Account number: 002-885887-004
- Account name: Baoviet Dynamic Stock Investment Fund
- Bank name: HSBC Bank Vietnam Ltd
- Amount registered to buy : Amount registered to buy (in Vietnamese Dong)
- Content: [Full name of investor]_ [ID number/Passport/GPKD]_ ky to buy BVFED.
Example: Tran Van Hung, 012345678, is currently buying BVFED.

Note: The transfer of money to buy CCQ into the Fund's account needs to be done from the Investor's account, not from any other third party, the Fund will only receive money transferred through the banking system. rather than receive cash directly deposited into the Fund account.
