Developing and expanding from annual training programs, BVSC opens the door of opportunities for young people in the Hanoi & HCMC area with the Next Gen 2023 program. This is a comprehensive career development program, combining professional training in the field of securities and on-the-job coaching. Trainees will be oriented right from the time of application to choose career opportunities that suit their own orientation right in the working environment of the TOP 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam 2022 and ranked in the TOP 3 in the financial services industry!
This year, open positions include Broker, Analyst, Corporate finance, Internal control & Risk management, IT & HR; besides, trainees also receive salary and many attractive benefits from the program.
1. Conditions of participation:
- Final year students who are waiting for a degree/have just graduated within 2 years from universities and colleges with majors in Economics, Finance - Banking, Business Administration, Economic Law, Information Technology, Marketing,...
- Have a passion for business or the Financial - Securities field;
- Can join the full-time program from 4/2023 (for Hanoi) or 5/2023 (for HCMC).
2. Next Gen Roadmap 2023:
After passing the Selection round, candidates will become officials trainees of the program and go through 3 stages Training – Coaching – Practical work:
🟠For position Brokers (business specific):
🔹 Level 1 – Training (2 weeks): Training in general knowledge of the securities industry, compliance culture, products, and services at BVSC.
🔹 Level 2 – Coaching (2 weeks): Acquire in-depth knowledge and from this stage, trainees will receive more focused training through 100 hours of on-the-job training under tutoring of mentors at Transaction offices.
🔹 Level 3 – Practical work (8 weeks): Experience real-life work with the knowledge, skills and working with customers learned from two levels above.
🟠For non-Brokers positions (Analyst, Consultant, IT, HR):
🔹 Level 1 – Training (2 weeks): Training general knowledge of the securities industry, compliance culture, and integration.
🔹 Level 2+3 – Coaching + Practical work (10 weeks): On-the-job training, setting job goals under the guidance of mentor and final evaluation method according to job JD.
At the end of the 3 stages, trainees with the highest total scores of both Brokers & non-Brokers will be officially recruited.
